    Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

    A: We generally dispatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared payment. Please allow a further 3-5 days for delivery. All orders are dispatched Monday through to Friday. Please be aware you may have allow a little longer, especially at peak times. Orders to Europe generally take between 5-7 days once posted, and to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and everywhere else can take between 2-3 weeks.     Q: How do I check the status of my order?

    A: You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.

    Q: I've accidentally provided the wrong delivery address, what do i do?

    A: As long as your item has not been dispatched, we should be able to change that for you. Please message with the subject *DELIVERY CHANGE* and we will be able to sort this out. Please understand that no delivery changes can be made after your item/s have been dispatched.

    Q: What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

    A: All items are subject to availability. Generally, if an item is showing on our website then it is available to order. However, during busy periods where demand may outweigh the amount of stock we have and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible.
